- Project Cancellation: If the project is canceled after approval of the design mockup or during development, no refunds will be issued.
- Revisions and Scope: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with work completed within the agreed project scope or after the final delivery. However, we provide ample agreed-upon revisions to address any shortcomings within the project scope.
3. SEO Services
- Monthly Plans: Refunds for SEO services are not available for work completed during the billing period. We ensure transparency by providing monthly reports detailing progress.
- Prepaid Plans: Refunds for prepaid plans are available only for unused months, provided the request is made 30 days in advance.
- Performance Guarantee: SEO is a long-term process, and refunds cannot be issued based on lack of immediate results.
4. WordPress Website Maintenance Services
- Monthly Plans: Refunds for maintenance services are not available once the billing cycle begins.
- Prepaid Annual Plans: Refunds for prepaid annual plans are prorated and subject to a cancellation fee. Requests must be made 30 days in advance.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for emergencies or additional services not included in the maintenance package.
5. Exceptions
- Force Majeure: Refunds are not provided for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as server outages or third-party service failures.
- Client Delays: Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client, such as late approvals, lack of content, or unresponsive communication.
6. Process for Refunds
